Our Client faced operational complexity and reputational risk stemming from fragmented account management processes, inconsistent data capture, and limited coordination across internal and external teams. With

multiple stakeholders involved - from custodians to portfolio managers - there was a need for a centralised function to streamline communication, manage timelines, and ensure accurate reflection of client-directed flows

across systems.

The DC Team acted as central ops management for all account events, collaborating with strategic client service teams, relationship management and middle office to deliver efficient:
