Loek began his career in 2012 at KNAB - a digital challenger bank founded by AEGON which combines a fully digitized service offering and client first mentality. During his time at KNAB, Loek built his experience in the Financial Services sector and knowledge of what it means to be fintech. Loek joined Delta Capita in 2014 and is one of the early joiners. From 2014, in several roles Loek has contributed to the development of the firm, in which he currently operates as one of the leading consultants. Loek is a change agent experienced in the design and execution of Digital Transformation and Performance Improvement initiatives and is mainly focussed on the banking sector.
