Lindsay is a business oriented Human Resources and Talent management executive with a passion for people development, coaching, culture, diversity, and inclusion. Her mission is enabling a performance driven organisation with a people first approach. She has held Director level positions across staffing, executive search and human capital consulting and has more than 16 year’s global talent experience. Lindsay is an ICF accredited personal and business coach and has experience leading people integration programs following M&A and TUPE.

Lindsay is the Chief People Officer for the group and responsible for all people functions globally including human resources and recruitment. Lindsay is the global lead for Culture and Diversity and Inclusion, she has a passion for improving equity and belonging in the business.

Lindsay studied for her MA at The University of Edinburgh and has further extended her studies in coaching and people development at London Business School, The University of Chester and professional qualifications with CIPD and ICF.
