We are extremely excited to announce that Delta Capita has selected REACH Siem Reap as its global charity partner for 2023 – personally selected by our CEO, Joe Channer.

As one of REACH’s trusted partners, Delta Capita will be the proud sponsors of two of the charity’s programmes in 2023: the REACH Role Model Club and the REACH Repair Shop. Alongside selecting a global charity partner, Delta Capita also supports a number of regional charity partners through contributions such as mentoring and other forms of volunteering.

REACH’s commitment to not only provide a great education for their beneficiaries, but also to develop the team to achieve their full potential, aligns closely with Delta Capita’s values, specifically Delta Capita’s commitment to being a socially-responsible company as part of its ESG work.

Having had an involvement previously with another NGO in Phnom Penh, Cambodia's capital city, Joe is no stranger to the unique challenges of educating Cambodian children in the generational aftermath of the mass genocide under the Pol Pot regime. Joe recently visited the REACH charity on the ground in Siem Reap, Cambodia, where he took the opportunity to meet the team and to see the charity’s programmes in operation.

Joe Channer, CEO, Delta Capita said “Having met the team at REACH in Siem Reap, I was impressed by what they have achieved in such a short space of time. The right vision, leadership, and total transparency into how donors' funds are allocated was extremely important to me. I was particularly impressed by Emily Williamson, Founding Director and visionary behind REACH.

Emily is a real force of nature, who's determination and passion for the REACH project is the primary reason for its success. I have never met someone so genuinely devoted to improving the lives of vulnerable children through education and pastoral care, she is truly inspirational. Through this funding partnership we are supporting Emily and her team to continue delivering amazing outcomes.”

Diane Eshleman, Chief Sustainability Officer, Delta Capita said “The focus of our ESG agenda at Delta Capita is to embed Sustainability at the very heart of our organisation. This includes identifying charity partners who enable disadvantaged populations to get the skills and support they need for employment and avoidance of poverty. REACH is a very worthy cause with a track record of success and we are proud to be an advocate for them.”
