Vinita is a versatile and dynamic leader who has held leadership roles spanning strategic change and process improvement, risk and governance, learning and development, technology. Vinita has worked in four industries - hospitality, business process outsourcing, media and financial services, at locations including India, UK, Scotland and Singapore. Her previous roles include Head of Conduct and Head for Controls Automation at Barclays Wealth, Head of Risk and Head of Global API governance at HSBC. Vinita has a diverse background and cross-functional experience with a strong mix of people and process skills. She has also authored books for business leaders on topics such as conduct and The Great Resignation. 

At Delta Capita, Vinita is the APAC COO and interim CEO, and leads Singapore, Hong Kong and India business with full P&L and strategy responsibility. The business has over 150 resources across various business lines such as client lifecycle management and post trade services and consulting.

Vinita is a certified coach (Senior Practitioner in Coaching and Mentoring – European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has trained over 200 Kaizen (continuous improvement) facilitators at BskyB. Embracing diversity, Vinita is of Indian ethnicity, British nationality and Singaporean residency.
